SIA Manerium AU is a small company dedicated to the conservation and restoration of traditional stone buildings, with respect for their history and original craftsmanship.. We specialize in the restoration of stone buildings, masonry, and structures, using traditional craft techniques and natural materials – the same methods and materials used by master craftsmen centuries ago.
Our story
Second-Generation Craftsmanship
The company’s owner and master craftsman, Uldis Ieviņš, is a second-generation stonemason who inherited his knowledge, skills, and attitude toward the craft from his father. This legacy brings a unique depth and quality to our work, reflected in every detail. With more than twenty years of experience in stonework, Uldis leads projects with exceptional professional responsibility and genuine passion.
Our philosophy
We believe that every building has its own story, and our mission is to preserve it for future generations. We work with great care, respect, and expertise gained through hands-on experience as well as through the study of historical construction traditions in Latvia and across Europe.
Our Work
Alongside restoration work, we provide professional consulting and practical training, and supply high-quality natural stone and lime materials.Our team combines ancient skills with a modern approach to quality and sustainability. Whether it is a manor wall, a church foundation or a country barn, we approach each structure with the same care and respect for its materials, construction and history.
